      The heroine of “The Iceberg” is Cornelia, a plucky young woman from an aristocratic Southern family, with no marriage prospects, who decides to seek her destiny at business college.   This is my third John Kotter book to read (this one took just 2 days because it was so well-written and interesting), and I’ve become quite a fan of his work. I was first introduced to John Kotter through his previous books Buy-In and Our Iceberg is Melting. .

    An excellent book for those trying to get to grips with explaining and advancing the need for change. Clearly written in a light way and beautifully illustrated, there is no technical jargon to bewilder the lay reader. If your particular iceberg is melting or you just enjoy stories about penguins relocating, this is /5(). Iceberg Hotel has a terrace.
